2. Why did you join?
I was getting really bored of the typical “bro split” style of training and needed a change of pace. Needless to say, three years later I’m still hooked.

7. How do you think your time at CFM has helped your holistic wellness (physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual)?
Training at CFM was my first exposure to group training since high school athletics, something that I didn’t even know that I missed. The environment has helped push me to not only be a better athlete, but also a better person in all parts of my life.
