If you are brand new, have prior injuries, or at a low-point in your fitness, don’t worry! Our coaches are highly trained professionals with experience instructing all demographics. Our goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. At your Intro Session, we will talk through your goals and get to know your unique challenges so we can come up with a plan to meet you where you are. Give the free intro a try. If it isn’t what you’re looking for, you can just walk away.

We also offer a Virtual Free Intro option! If you’d like to schedule a phone call or Zoom appointment to meet with one of our coaches, we would love to work with you!

How It Works

1. Free Intro

This is the first piece of the puzzle. In this intro session, we want to find out your goals, motivations, and previous training background. This is where we set the foundation for where you want to go with your fitness journey.

2. Onboarding Program

Depending on where you are starting, you will have either two weeks or three weeks of our incredible onboarding program. During this program, we get to know you more intimately and learn how to best serve you. Our onboarding program is a hybrid of personal training sessions and group sessions, so you will get to meet and enjoy our community and class experience while also being taken through a one-on-one with one of our coaches to ensure you are safe, comfortable with the movements and vocabulary and feeling great about joining the group classes! In these private coaching sessions, your coach will guide you through a series of assessments to break down your movement patterns, strength, and endurance. We do this to help us see where you are so we can better plan for your goals and where you want to go. These private coaching sessions allow us to maximize your training and set goals for the future.

3. Your Membership Package

After your onboarding experience, you will be automatically transitioned into the group classes. Our classes are one hour. Depending on your personal goals, commitment level, and interests we will also provide with a package of offerings you may choose from to add to your membership. This includes nutrition coaching, continued private coaching sessions, add-on classes such as abs or glutes, etc. These will be total optional. You will also be provided with a login to our member portal that gives you access to the workouts, coach messaging, a nutrition journal, and more! Additionally, all on-site clients will receive access to the OPEX gym in Morgantown, WV, to complete their daily training and receive coaching support. Your coach will monitor your progress through feedback provided verbally and through the TrueCoach app to adjust your training as needed.

Nope. We’ll just ask you some questions to understand what you are looking for and if we’re a good fit for you.

What should I wear?
We won’t be working out, so feel free to come in whatever you want.
