1.  What is your coaching experience?
– I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science in 2016 and have been doing personal and group training ever since. I have been coaching CrossFit for close to 2 years.
2.  What do you like most about coaching at CFM?
– The programming at CFM is built for a number of different fitness levels making it a great program for so many people. CFM also has a great community where everyone is welcoming and encouraging.
3. What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/workout and why?
– My favorite movement is either pull-ups or box jumps. I really like bodyweight and gymnastic based movements.
4. How does coaching at CFM differ from your previous coaching experiences?
– Running Level Method is different from where I coached previously. I think it’s a very important part of everyone’s progression and safety.
5. What are some clubs/hobbies/activities you participate in?
– Outside of the gym I enjoy spending time with my fiance, as well as doing other hobbies like golfing, running, playing soccer, and being a big time Purdue sports fan. I also like to take time to relax, watch tv/movies, or read a book once and while.
6. Who inspires you?
– My family and fiance.
7. What’s something fitness/wellness related you want to accomplish?
– I want to get stronger at the olympic lifts and power lifts and also want to complete a marathon someday.
8. What would you say to someone you love to encourage them to try CFM?
– I would invite them to join me for a workout at CFM.
