1. How long have you been a member at CFM?
– Two years going on three this October.

2. Why did you join?
– A good friend of mine (that I used to do Brazilian ju jitsu with) invited me to a Saturday community class. I loved the atmosphere so much I came back for more.

3. What do you love most about CFM? What keeps you coming back each month?
– I love the close-knit atmosphere, along with how everyone pushes you to be better and try harder for that heavier rep or new movement.

4. What is your current occupation? What are some hobbies, clubs, groups, or activities you participate in?
– I am currently an EMT-B with Mon EMS and a volunteer Firefighter with Brookhaven FD. My favorite activities are anything outside and competitive shooting.

5. Who inspires you?
– My friends and family, along with everyone at the gym.

6. How has improved fitness impacted your life? Please provide an example of a result outside of the gym.
– Fitness has impacted my life in many ways. It helps me to be better at my job, both as an EMT and volunteer Firefighter in all types of emergencies. It has helped me be the person I would want in an emergency when things are going bad.

7. What’s one thing- either fitness related or not- you learned in the last month?
– Life is precious- eat that piece of cake. Laugh with your friends and live life to the fullest.
