1. What is your coaching experience?
– I have been a strength coach/ personal trainer for the last 4 years, I have been a USAWL Level 1 coach for the last 2 years. I also have over a years worth of health coaching experience as well!

2. What do you like most about coaching at CFM?
– I love the sense of community! I have never been in a more positive environment that promotes pushing ones limits and collectively celebrating every individuals success!

3. What’s your favorite CrossFit movement/workout and why?
– Coming from a weightlifting background, I have a HEAVY bias for the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk!

4. How does coaching at CFM differ from your previous coaching experiences?
– Need I say it again… COMMUNITY! Everyone is so invested on helping push and dive each other to improve that it makes coming in each day a true joy.

5. What are some clubs/hobbies/activities you participate in?
– I love puzzles, so you can typically always find me with a Rubik’s cube on me ready to play with. I am also learning to play the banjo, so feel free to hit me with all the song suggestions!

– I would love to compete at the American Open Finals in weightlifting!
