CFM KIDS PROGRAM

The CFM Kids program is for children ages 4 years to sixth grade. The goal is to provide fitness and nutritional education, promoting all-around better health for the youth in our community in fun and exciting ways. Activities are designed to improve strength and coordination, and promote being a team player. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement. There will be drills designed to help develop critical thinking and reasoning skills, instill confidence, and learn the value of leadership and teamwork. Your kids will learn healthy lifestyle practices that will last a lifetime.

ACTIVITIES

The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!

REGISTRATION

Registration fee is $160 per child.
