Coach Zach invites you to a class concentrated on improving Olympic lifting skills. Olympic Weightlifting is the sport of strength, power, speed and precision. You’ll work on perfecting your snatches, cleans, and jerks. Olympic weightlifting helps us create strong and powerful bodies. The precision required to lift efficiently and effectively produces body awareness, balance, accuracy and control that carries over to functional everyday life.
