With certifications in nutrition, life coaching, and wellness coaching, Sarah’s approach to fitness is both innovative and compassionate. A woman of faith, Sarah is also a widow, yet she keeps the title of “proud wife” to the former owner of CrossFit Morgantown, the late Jeff Giosi. She is a devoted mom and solo parent to their two little boys, Arlen and Mackie. Her personal experiences have deepened her compassion and strengthened her resolve to help others lead fulfilling lives.
Sarah also leverages her background as a radio personality to host the Potential Podcast, where she inspires and empowers listeners with insights on wellness, personal growth, and community building. In addition to her work in fitness and media, Sarah is the founder and Executive Director of Forgiven Warrior, a nonprofit dedicated to community wellness.
