Do’s & Don’ts Before Your Scan
DO maintain your normal fluid intake the day before
DO remove all heavy accessories like jewelry, watches, and jackets
DO use the restroom
DON’T exercise for at least 3 hours prior (It will not give the best reading if you take the scan right after you workout, so please plan to come early for your class if you are trying to tack this on to your workout time.)
DON’T use a sauna prior to scanning
DON’T use lotion or ointment on your hands and feet
