Mothers play a vital role in the family, but also in our community as a whole. It is our goal to use this week to encourage and support mothers in our area, while also highlighting the importance of fitness as a tool for self-care and building healthy, supportive friendships. At CrossFit Morgantown we are a family friendly, body positive, and supportive community for women of all ages and on all ranges of the motherhood spectrum. – That includes new moms, moms of teenagers, single moms, and everything in between. That also includes women who have suffered loss or have found struggles in conception. We are you for you, mamas! And for any of the women out there that have chosen not to have children, there is no shaming here. We love all of the beautiful ladies in our community! We hope that you will join us May 10-14, 2021 as we highlight moms in our community and provide some educational and fun events to bring us even closer together.
