We are offering a CrossFit Morgantown Take Flight class to introduce newcomers to our community. The CFM Take Flight program is a 6 class series taking place for three weeks on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-7 p.m. It covers the fundamentals of CrossFit, allows you to practice the movements, teaches you to scale movements safely and appropriately to your own level, gets your fitness started with a workout at the end of each class, and introduces you to other newcomers. See, you’re not in this alone!
We’ve heard it before – “I need to get in shape before I can do CrossFit. It’s for intense workout buffs not every day people like me.” Not at CrossFit Morgantown! Let us prove you wrong! Here, we are welcoming and encouraging of everyone. We will tailor each workout to meet you where you are and reach your goals.
