First class is free! We are offering a CrossFit Morgantown Take Flight class to introduce newcomers to our community. CFM Take Flight is a 6 class series every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6-7 p.m. for 3 weeks. It covers the fundamentals of CrossFit, allows you to practice the movements that make up the workouts, learn how to scale movements safely and appropriately to your own level, begin getting fit with a workout at the end of each class, and meet other newcomers. All residents of Morgantown and surrounding areas are invited to these FREE community workouts. We take the term ‘community’ very seriously here. We want to be a place where people on every end of the fitness scale can come to get education and support, and we want to make it affordable. Invite a friend, and join us to work on fitness goals, get guidance from professional coaches, and participate in a fun-filled environment with a nurturing and supportive community.
Your chance to work on brains as well as your brawn, with our CFM Book Club! Books are chosen by membership vote, and a monthly meeting is organized to discuss the reading.
